How It Works

From site walk to deliverables

A repeatable four-step workflow, with no surprises between the quote and the handoff.

STA 0+00

Scope & flight plan

We define the boundary, set accuracy targets, place ground control points, and secure airspace clearances.

Day 0

STA 1+00

Field capture

Ground control is placed and surveyed, then the site is flown in a single mobilization.

Day 1

STA 2+00

Processing & QC

Imagery is processed, tied to control, and every output is checked before it leaves the shop.

Day 2

STA 3+00

Delivery

Files land in your formats, with a QC report stating the accuracy achieved on your site.

Day 3

Weather policy

Weather is the one thing we cannot put on a schedule. We do not fly in sustained winds above 20 mph or ground temperatures above 104°F, because the data suffers before the aircraft does. If a flight is scrubbed for weather or airspace, we fly it within 48 hours of conditions clearing, at no extra cost, and we keep your superintendent posted in the meantime.

Travel time

The day count above covers the work itself and excludes travel. Sites more than an hour's drive outside the Las Vegas valley add mobilization time between scoping and the flight, and we state the added days in writing when we confirm the schedule. Travel does not change processing, which still runs the day after capture.

Next Step

Send us a boundary, get a scoped quote

Two ways in, depending on how far along the project is. Either way you get a reply within one business day.

Scope defined

Send a full specification

Four short steps covering site, deliverables, coordinate system and schedule. Attach a boundary file and the number that comes back is a firm one.

Just after a ballpark

Tell us roughly where the site is and what you need to measure, and we will come back with a range and the questions that would firm it up.
